Clarion Hotel Oslo

The buffet breakfast was fantastic, especially the handmade omelettes. However, the room's lighting was confusing, making it hard to brighten the space effectively.

The property was located close to a train station. It offered good service and good food too.

Although everything was very good, some of the staff were absolutely terrible.

Marvellous breakfast, exceptional views, unbeatable location very close to the opera and the sea and amazing waterside and the bus stations and the railway stations. Very attentive staff at the reception desk, beautifully designed rooms. Large bathroom, very comfy bed.

The hotel was ideal with pleasant views and an incredible location by the fjord. The staff was very very helpful and attentive, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. Appreciated brilliant food in the bar. Location: the venue was so close to tram stop and a 5min walk from the main train station, next to the opera and the sea with great views. We had a very good time.

The lighting system in the rooms can be confusing. The breakfast hours on weekends are restrictive. We had to check out by 8 a.m. and couldn't enjoy it, which would have been nice if they offered a takeaway option. Room sizes are on the smaller side, which might feel cramped for some, especially with limited space for luggage. Noise from adjacent rooms and hallways might disrupt your rest, as soundproofing leaves something to be desired.

The workout room was legit and the internet was super speedy. Location was terrific too, just a quick stroll to key attractions.
